    (POSTPONED) Counting Latinxs with Jennifer Leeman, PhD

    Jennifer Leeman, PhD, will present Counting Latinxs: The Politics of Race, Ethnicity, and Language in the U.S. Census on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 4 to 6 pm in the John Winkle Room (315) of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at UM.

    Dr. Leeman is a Professor in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages at George Mason University.

Dr. Stephen Fafulas is Associate Professor of Spanish and Linguistics in the Department of Modern Languages at University of Mississippi. He is also Director of the Study of Communities, Involvement & Outreach and Linguistics Lab.
